Anthony Fitti
Connecticut Kingfish Director
Named Post University Head Men's Lacrosse Coach in September, 2017, Fitti most-recently served as an assistant coach at his alma mater UMass-Boston, where he was a two-sport athlete competing in lacrosse and ice hockey.
Fitti served as an assistant on the Beacons' staff for four years, beginning as a volunteer assistant in 2014. He was promoted to assistant coach in 2015 and offensive coordinator for the 2017 season. In 2017, under Little East Conference (LEC) Coach of the Year Tyler Low, he helped mentor an All-LEC attacker and the nation's leader in shooting percentage. The Beacons advanced to the LEC Championships for the first time in school history.
Outside of UMass-Boston, Fitti also was an assistant coach at Wellesley High School from 2013-16 and previously served as the Director of Operations of Penguins Select Lacrosse, which in addition to club teams organizes camps, clinics, and events throughout the Northeast.
Fitti played in 51 games as a goalkeeper at UMass-Boston, amassing 457 saves and a .529 save percentage. He was a co-captain and was once named LEC Goalie of the Week during his senior season in 2012.
